Damaged furniture, broken items, and extremely unprofessional. The 'movers' moved items from Point A to Point B, yes, but only about 80% of the stuff. I had to move the remainder because the two crews that showed up to do the work were too busy arguing with one another and then seeing who could do less work so the other crew would have to do more (part of their argument, that went on for hours, was who would be getting the gratuity). During the initial walkthrough, the 'guy in charge' was complaining about the amount of items that had to be moved (which I thought he would have been a bit more relaxed because he and his crew were high as a kite and smelled of marijuana). Almost a month later, I'm now realizing the more boxes that I unpack, the more broken stuff that I find (yes, items were packed properly and only had to travel about a mile, in-town move). Furniture wasn't put back together properly - only the minimum so we wouldn't notice on the day-of move. Surfaces of dressers are gouged and scratched, even though they claim to blanket and shrink wrap. NEVER AGAIN. I've used four different moving companies in my life, and this was by far the worst experience and do not recommend.

We got them to pack and store our stuff for about 5 months. At the time they seemed good. However I had asked for unpacking service when our stuff was delivered from their storage. It was not a good experience. A lot of our stuff was damaged and the unpacking experience was a nightmare! They literally dumped everything …. The packing was horrible with random items thrown together in boxes marked incorrectly. Would not recommend them.

Everything started fine the woman answering the phone was very pleasant and helpful even called a week before the move to ask if we had any questions and to just confirm. Then came moving day we took the second move of the so we could have everything ready. We were given a window between 11:30-1:30 by 2:30 we were calling to find out what happened. We were told the first move lied their word. They had a lot more items to move that they did not disclose including a piano but they stayed and finished the move. When they finally arrived at about 3:30 they walked in saw several boxes and totes ( you know normal moving stuff) went upstairs with my husband and came back down mumbling about calling the office. Within a few minutes we heard the truck start up and they just left saying NOTHING to us. When we called the office we were told we lied and did not disclose we had boxes but we weren't given the chance to tell them we really only needed the furniture moved. They were upset about the previous move and took it out on us leaving with only ONE week to find a replacement. They charge by the hour and not by the piece so I don't understand why moving boxes for a moving company is an outrageous idea. Our appointment was booked almost 4 weeks ahead of time. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone they acted unprofessional and left us in such a bad place that we are now struggling to make this happen when we were told they had it covered and we would have no problems.

Jesse, PJ, and Darren knew what they were doing. They reviewed what we had and then loaded the truck with precision. There was more than expected. Their dispatch agent should have asked me more questions when I scheduled. However the agent was able to meet my requested dates and explained billing and move day details with ease
Even though there was more than expected these experienced men were determined to get the job done. They made sure to carefully unload the truck and stack goods off the floor of the storage unit using our shelves and pallets.
I was happy I chose a local mover with local people with an exceptional work ethic.
