Kloke Enterprises Inc

I am a disabled veteran that was forced to use Kloke for my final military move. First I was told that my household goods had to be located because they were delivered to the wrong city. Then after they arrived late items were missing and destroyed. I put in the claim for four items although more were missing and this is where the 2 years of runaround began. I have placed a claim with everyone that I was told to from Richmond to Fredericksburg but I have not received one phone call back after numerous emails and voicemails. I saved all correspondence and would forward it to the next representative that claimed they were going to get it to where it was supposed to land. I finally got an individual that handles the claims in Fredericksburg and was told to submit the paperwork to him. 3 months later I followed up and was told that there was no record of my claim. As a disabled veteran I took the position in DC following my service to help veterans dealing with issues as such. I would suggest going to another moving company. If I could give 0 stars to bring awareness and assist others I would. Please save yourself the runaround.

I am active duty military and this company is by far the worst company in my 6 PCS moves. Kloke company was assigned to store my HHG including my weapons when I got orders to overseas in 2019. I came back to the States in 2022, and they told me that they couldn't locate my hand gun. Their excuse was they re-located their storage area from one to the other and after the move, they couldn't find my hand gun case. They did ship my HHG to me eventually and it turns out I was missing my concealed weapon case for my hand gun as well as my easy loader for magazines. Those two items were in the other box, but very conveniently (?) only those two items that fit my hand gun are missing in the box as well as my hand gun case. This leads me to suspect someone in the company stole the gun as well as its accessary. They only tried to reach me out to inform that the gun is missing, and didn't respond any of my phone messages and emails regarding that matter. I called the local police to report this missing weapon, and it turns out the company didn't even report my weapon for missing. I am going through extensive claim process for this and hopefully the US Military never awards contracts to them.
