Review:

I was privileged to get a guided tour of their facility. Thick with history, the knowledge and old school skills are unmatched. Quality and honesty. I would not hesitate to recommend Kluttz for service, rebuilding, purchasing a new or used piano, or just good advice.
They are the 'bomb-diggity' of pianos!
