They helped me move when i was in a bind last minute. Friendly and great work.

The moving team we had was very slow. It took 8 hours to do a job that should have only taken at the longest 6 hours.

They showed up with a truck that was too small for the job that we asked them to do. They left furniture behind because the truck was too small. They would have had to make a 2nd trip if my husband hadn't borrowed his company's work truck to pick the stuff up, which would have taken them even longer.

They showed up an hour late, which I didn't appreciate, even though I got a phone call about it.

We used Knapp Moving's white glove service to move 2 credenzas from Arizona to our home in Georgia. The remote pick-up went flawlessly as did the delivery in Georgia. We found them to be very professional and enjoyed working with them. We would highly recommend them.

Best moving company I have ever experienced. Daniel (owner) and his crew (Christian & Brian) were organized, timely, kind, attentive to details and extremely professional. Highly recommend for any/all moving needs!!!
