David and Andy (the piano tuner) are kind, knowledgable and very helpful. The no pressure approach really helped me to find the 'right' piano for me. I always thought I would get one kind of Yamaha, but I found a different model of Yamaha that really meets my current needs. I cannot say enough about how patient and helpful both people were. I recommend buying your next piano there without any hesitation, they are stellar!

The people at Knauer Pianos are incredibly helpful, service oriented, interested in your experience, and as customer focused as can be! We went in looking for an adjustable bench and it was as if they were family trying to help us. I have found that almost every business has become a corporate un-human experience, but NOT Knauer Piano! This place is the only place I would ever work with when it comes to anything related to our piano needs.

Ben was so helpful, honest and straightforward. I really like their buzz in system of allowing you to come in and check out the pianos even when no one is there. Great pianos at reasonable prices!
