Knauer Pianos

I've never bought a piano from them, but I've been trying to get my piano repaired for a few years and there seems to be a constant communication problem. I would look somewhere else for repairs. Others may have had better luck.

This is an update from a month ago. We finally were able to meet in person at the piano store where my piano was being stored. This was before Ben had seen my review.
We discussed the issues of repair and he graciously had my piano returned to me and gave me a full refund, after we agreed repair would not be done. I was very happy with this resolution.

Intimate setting with beautiful selection. Anna, the family's floor representative, is relaxed, welcoming and knowledgeable. She encouraged our taking time to sample pianos and compare for preference. Highly recommend!

Went in June knowing very little about what I was looking for. Cody was so helpful in explaining what to keep in mind while buying. We narrowed down what we were looking for and Cody would send us updates whenever a piano came in that met that criteria. Just had our new piano delivered this week and we are so happy! 10/10 experience
