I’m not sure if the management has changed but everything has become worse. Atleast the previous manager was respectful whenever she called.

I am renting from them for more than 6 years, it was a very good experience first half - great price, excellent customer service but past few years has been a nightmare. They almost doubled my rent and on top of that they charge me whatever they feel like.

When someone called me few weeks ago I expressed my concern about the inconsistencies, he was very rude and careless, I don’t like to say he was racist because it was a phone call so I’m not sure but definitely you don’t like to talk to people with such behavior.

Guess what?? They charged me even more this month because of the last call. Please make sure to check your monthly charges. I am not sure whom to complain but what they are doing is illegal but since I don’t live in MN now I’m stuck paying them whatever they charge me and can’t vacate as need enough money to travel. I won’t be surprised if they add more charges after this post.

I love Knollwood storage. I have used them for years and always have been taken care of by there team.

Had a U-Haul truck scheduled for pickup at 12:30pm with the mobile pickup option. Location was open from 9am-noon, but they didn’t stage the truck or leave the keys in the lock box. Of course this was on the last day of the month and everyone was moving, so available trucks were scarce and there aren’t many places that are open on Sunday afternoon. Not a good time.
