The staff person at the front desk was very welcoming and friendly. She went above and beyond with her service. I will specifically use and recommend this location for future needs due to her. I was scared about driving a big van, but the way she welcomed me immediately put me at ease. Please pass on my comments! Thank you!

Review:
I wouldn't give them any star! After making a reservation and receiving a confirmation email a couple weeks before our planned move, we get another email THE DAY BEFORE OUR MOVE letting us know it has been canceled! Could not get in touch with anyone there. I had to call and sit on the phone with the 800 number for budget for 1 hour and 15 minutes. NO SOLUTION! Reservations mean nothing. Steer clear from this place!!
