Can’t get into the gate for a week now and no answer on the phone

Gate is regularly jammed up preventing access. Additionally the access requires your vehicle to be in the road while punching in the keep pad. Dangerous. On top of that no onsite management. There even more issue than meets the eye.

Good facility, easy online application, great price for unit.

So far everything is good. Very easy online sign. Up process.

I transitioned my stuff from a small unit, into a larger one and I am waiting for corporate to confirm that they are set and not going to charge me again for the small unit since I sent them the picture of the empty unit. We seem to have a communication issue though
