KO Storage

My review is specifically KO Storage and my interaction with Tyler. I've had my storage unit for several years and several ownership transitions. Issues or concerns were given no attention by previous owners. On a weekend, after not having been at the unit for several months, I needed access and found my door to be newly severely damaged. I left a voicemail and sent email on a Saturday evening not expecting a response until 'normal business hours'. Tyler was able to contact me on Sunday and offered a workable temporary solution until the door could be repaired. There was older damage to the spring mechanism ignored by previous owners that will be repaired as well. This is a hectic time for me and I appreciate that accessing my storage unit will not be an issue.

Travis is incredibly helpful and a pleasure to deal with. His service alone is worth the business. Highly reccomended

So far my only issue is the need for door hardware replacement, otherwise everyone I spoke with especially the local man were/ate awesome~ ***** 5 stars

Tyler the Manager is awesome. His assistance has been the best part of our move so far. Thank you for your great customer service.

Tyler the Facility Manager was great, he called me and answered all of my questions. He was very professional and friendly. The unit was a great size and very clean.
