Sophia, the KO associate that took my call was above and beyond helpful in solving the issues that needed to be resolved. It would be nice to have more staff like this individual to answer phone calls and assist with whatever problems may arise.
Maibel was whom I spoke with concerning some issues I had with my unit and she was extremely pleasant to deal with. She helped me with the best of her ability and some. By far one of the best experiences I’ve had with somebody on a help hotline for a business.
Customer service, Victor, especially has been horrible. He hung up on me twice. Sophia was the only one who even tried to help. I was lied to by facility manager. It was their error and still took 10 days to resolve and was still blamed. I was in compliant. Kept getting the run a round. Terrible business. Can't speak to a manger. Was told it's not possible.
Terrible customer service. I'm still being lied to about a lock being replaced. I have texts and pictures to prove everyone is lying. I can't get ahold of any type of manager. When I asked they tell me they can't transfer me. It's been since 11/19 and I still can't access my unit. The worst company I've ever had to deal with.
