KO Storage

The property Manager Scott is by far one of the best property managers that I have dealt with. He answers his phone, whether it be call or text and is always helpful with any needs that I may have. He is the best part about this facility.

I have had household items stored at the Evans Mills,NY location for several years now and now also my new wife’s things there.
I would like to give a HUGE shout out to Scott who is the maintenance supervisor for all of the KO Storage facilities in Jefferson County,NY.
He has been very helpful to my wife and I and is very respectful, Courteous and a genuine good guy.
He is a Great Asset to your company and I have always had good interactions with him, and he has always been able to offer us assistance when we have asked him questions.

I've requested a refund and will be going else where!!! Last night as I'm just about to go through the gate to leave I was face to face with a new York State Trooper whose blocking my exit who then just sits there for couple minutes finally exiting his patrol car and asked if I have a unit here which I thought was a very stupid question but whatever maybe he's slow I thought but then he tells me to show him my unit and goes as far as to have me unlock it !!! Mind you it 9pm after a long cold day at work I'm ready for a hot shower and bed !!! I do not care if the units got robbed this is unexcusable!!!

I spoke with Bridget Sanchez and she was very professional kind and conservative I appreciate how professional she was and in the future I wouldn't mind getting this person to work with me I normally don't send reviews but like I said she was very professional kind and conservative if anything I think she needs a raise and/or maybe a promotion
