My experience with KO Storage has been amazing. They are very courteous, professional, and responded back very quickly. Sophia, the representative I spoke with, went out of her way to help me. It was very apparent that she was familiar with the company's policies since she was able to answer all of my questions/concerns due to my unusual situation.

I had a fantastic experience with customer service over the phone. The representative Andrea was not only polite but also very efficient. Andrea provided clear instructions without making me feel rushed. Overall, the service was professional and friendly, making the whole interaction stress-free. I felt valued as a customer and left the call confident. Highly recommend!

Don't get sucked in by the low starting price. It will jump $30 plus quickly. Sometimes the gate is actually working so security is not what it may seem. Buildings seem solid and no leaks, at least for us.
