KO Storage

This place is HORRIBLE!!!!!! I tried to load stuff into my rental unit last night, only to discover the storage unit # they gave me was nowhere to be found at the address provided. I called the next day, first woman told me to drive around the side of the building where there would be an entrance to the interior to access my unit. No such entrance existed. I called again, the woman told me there was an ANNEX to the unit that was two blocks away where my unit is located. None of my confirmation emails or portal info indicated an annex. I went to the annex as addressed and used the code to get in. Once I got in, o tried to open the entrance door to the inside units and IT WAS LOCKED!!!! Even though Google says this location is open until 9pm and it’s only 5!!!!! I tried to call the number again and was put on hold until it instructed me to just leave a message. Very not happy right now.

I had an amazing experience thanks to Sophia’s outstanding customer service! She was professional, friendly, and went above and beyond. She also gave me information regarding the grace period to make a payment so late fee won’t be added to my account.

Unit was not accessible the day I came with my furniture and boxes to be stored.
5 phone calls and still could not access the unit.
When I called the Coporate offices I was told there would be NO refund as I did not go to the unit to get access within 72 hours from my reservation to find out I would not have access on my move in date.
I recommend anyone interested in storing at this facility - run as fast as you can to another storage facility to avoid over $185 in wasted money.

Representative was a delight! She answered the call quickly and gave me the information I was looking for. I chose a unit and we had an efficient logging- in experience. My questions were answered nicely and forms were transmitted to my laptop for authorization. I don't have any questions at this time; they have all been anticipated and answered. Thanks for a positive experience!!
