KO Storage

Gave me a hard time when i was acquiring information on renting a storage unit. Besides that it is a safe and great place to store your things

Zero stars if that was an option. I was directed to the wrong location, 3 wrong locations total. All 3 are within 3 miles from each other. The people on the phone tell you they aren’t in the state and have never been there so they aren’t sure what the buildings look like or if I’m in the right spot. When the manager called me today she said my unit was at a completely different FOURTH address. They were quick to refund my money but now I don’t see the charge or the credit in my bank statement. It’s like the transaction never happened. I was at the facility with my life in a UHaul and had to pay for a second day with that AND find another unit somewhere else.
Just got done u loading at Life Storage in Middleburg and had a great experience! And great service. I wouldn’t recommend KO to anyone. Go to Life Storage.
