Sam was so helpful for getting documents signed and fast service to get my rental unit in one phone call . With poor internet service in the woods of WI , he talked me through it all . I was disconnected and
He called me 3 times to help and waited patiently to get signed documents. In am time of emergency , needing a storage unit fast , he delivered it and helped take the stress away from a hard day . THANK YOU!

She was very very helpful,sweet understanding, and explained everything to me. There were times it wasn't going through but she did not give up and she tried every way to make sure the job was completed!!

Well I give five start because actually went they want they give you an awesome service.but now the reality.but they charge you the fees the companies they use for get payment charge them that is dishonest and illegal why I have to pay for pay well I think the new world were they make there money and charge you after that is ok pay 104 for a 49 dollar unit and is paperless so you even can read the contract or policies.i really love them and hate them add the same time maybe is just my personal experience maybe is you read this for you be better add least the management is awesome the dude is humble and responsible just never go after a snow storm you can get stock there happens all ready well after that is you try to reason whit them not so even try just pay your money and is you ask preferably pay the 5 dollars fee or do it online because the automatic payments is a scam .but they are a good storage
