Andre from KO was honestly a lifesaver! With how many properties KO owns, it was shaping up to be difficult to locate the correct unit or a unit that was ready to go after all the snow and ice from a bad winter, but Andre stepped in over the phone and made it a breeze! He was very courteous and knowledgeable and helped us to really feel like KO Storage was the right storage company to use. Thanks to him we had zero regrets and loading the unit was a breeze, thank you!

I am absolutely disappointed about the services that I have received through this company. I have had my unit broken into multiple times and I was told 6 months ago that they would be putting in certain security measures to reduce future break ins. I received a call 2 days ago to be told that they did not put any security measures in and my unit was broken into again. I was then told that they would secure my unit and we could meet up. 2 days later my unit is not secured left wide open and absolutely 0 communication from the director. Extremely poor communication. I can promise you that your stuff will not be safe there.
