K O Storage in Owatonna is a joke. First of all very expensive for a 10x30 unit keep raising rent prices. Storage complex not well kept. Rain water and snow melt leaking into storage unit. In the winter time so much ice build up you can’t even open storage unit door frozen shut. Parking lot full of ice from snow melt in January February wipe out and get hurt not good. Very frustrating.

Very good experience in 2024, up until they gave me a 30 day notice to raise rent by $50.00 in 2025. Local management is great, very nice man.
