KO Storage

KO storage is clean and well maintained. Rick, the property manager, is so great to work with. Fast communication and very clearly takes pride in what he does. Highly recommend this storage facility to anyone looking!

Getting a storage unit was quick and easy.. however, just not long ago someone got into my unit and stole lots of valuables. It was not clear to me how they got in since the lock was intact.. then at my 2nd visit to my storage unit... when I went to take pictures and looked more closely.. I noticed that the people that stole from me came in through the unit right next door-to the right side. It just doesn't seem right that anyone can just unscrew the metal sheets and get into anyone's unit. I then called the police to report the theft.. as I had already reported it to KO storage a couple days before. After Police arrived and saw the opening between the walls..and took the report... it was after that, that Manager contacted me and wanted me to meet him at the site, which I did right away. Prior to that I had never met the manager not even when I moved in. After talking to the manager, he said that the owner of the next door unit was out of State and had left a week or so ago... just around the same time that my valuables were taken. Manager also mentioned that their lock had been cut around June 16, 2023, it was not clear who replaced the lock. I am very disappointed... I moved my things from Faribault not knowing this would happen. I was there 3 years... never had a problem.

Rick is great to work with. Answered all my questions that I had. Clean units. i lost both of my keys to my lock and Rick was able to help me out and come cut my lock off so I could put a new one on there. Fast response

Renting my storage locker was the easiest thing that I have ever done. I had a storage locker within 10 minutes. It was clean inside. The owner sent me all my information through email he walks you through every step. I would definitely recommend KO storage for all your storage needs!!!

2 years with this storage company. They are great. Great price too. Communication is awesome. They treat you well too. Property manager does daily walk through the area and noticed my storage lock gone, he then emailed me to see if I've moved out. I stored my summer vehicles there. But I appreciated the quick acknowledgement. I will be back next fall. Thank you
