Having never rented a storage space before, it is relatively easy. AI was of no help whatsoever! Women who assisted me were outstanding!

Couldn't get a link to load, so I had to call customer service for help and was grateful for the assistance I received. Bridget was super nice and thorough, making sure to stay on the line until I was fully helped
(Edit) down to 2 stars since I bought a lock that didn't fit and had to wait to get a new one so they put a lock on my unit without notifying me so when I went to drop items off I couldn't get in wasting my time and gas
(Edit 2) called early in the day, and they won't take it off until the next, causing more delays in my moving, possibly putting my items in jeopardy
