So far so good with this place

I recently rented a KO storage space but wanted to move to a different unit which would enable me to back a trailer in a little easier. Maibel was very accomodating and was able to move me to a different unit immediately. She was very friendly and efficient and has helped make my experience with KO a very positive one.

Easy application/sign up. But the website had me set up a code for the fence/gate… there is no gate or fence. Had I known there was not one, I would have probably gone elsewhere. Feels not too terribly secure.
