KO Storage

You know, for the last 4 months, I have not dealt with a human from this company, and yet my experience has be awesome! Not that I wouldn't want to speak with someone real, what I mean that KO Storage has set themselves up to have a very intuitive chat bot, that I just had a conversation with, and the bot set up a call back from a real person with KO. I am simply impressed. Their service system is well established, that if you require speaking with a real person, they will guide you to their phone number, or will set up a call back with staff from KO. But in the meantime, the CB, can answer most of your questions and speak to you the way all CSR trained people would speak to customers. Thank you KO Storage, for my great experience.

I absolutely LOVED KO Storage. They were always so helpful. It felt very secure with the gate and passcode, along with the security cameras around. I highly recommend this facility if you're looking to store your belongings here.

Just accessed a storage unit here. I got a 10*10. For the end of Sept and all of August for under $70.00. as there was a promotion going on. I thought this would hold my things and did with room to spare. I called KO and got assistance with renting out my unit. The woman whom assisted me was friendly and knowledgeable. I got answers about questions and set up with my unit in no time flat. Payment was made over phone and assistant made it easy to do.

Maibel was most helpful and and answered all our questions.
