DO NOT use this facility. This is the first negative review I've written in my life and hopefully my last. It started the beginning of June. The passcode to get into the facility didn't work for me. I called and was told an electrician would fix it... This happened multiple times over two weeks. It finally got to the point where they just left the facility open for me because it wouldn't work. I called and asked to speak to a supervisor multiple times and they said I'd receive a call back. Never happened. I finally called today and waited on hold for half an hour. Got a hold of Desiree and she basically told me I was lying 'it was only that one time'. No, it was a full two weeks and it caused me to miss on a golf tournament, an opportunity to go camping with my kids and caused me to need to go buy new camping gear. The facility isn't managed well, the customer service was horrible and it miles out of town. Find another unit at all costs. Spread the word.
