Super friendly to work and deal with. I made an error when doing the rental on line and ended up calling to complete my contract. They even called the next day to see if I really wanted 2 units or if it was an error.

I recently rented a storage unit at the KO Storage facility in Milbank, SD and my experience was very positive. The online renting of the unit was seamless and the storage unit was very clean and delivered as advertised. After I moved in into my rented storage unit, I received a call from Rob, property manager, asking if I had any questions or issues with the unit. Very positive experience and greatly appreciate the customer service delivered by the Milbank KO Storage team.
