KO Storage

I have been renting from KO for going on 2 years. I will say the set up and rental process was easy and convenient given it was all online. When dealing with the KO company itself in problem resolving i am blown away by how poor their business is. I have called three times over the course of the last week to speak to a manager in regards to a leak in my roof of my unit. I have yet to receive a call back when they assured me both the general manager and district manager were aware of this issue and would get back to me within 24-48 hours. They lack in giving a good customer experience, they raise the rent continuously, and they do not even have enough respect for their costumers to simply even address issues. My suggestion would be to NOT rent from KO Storage. I'm extremely displeased with my experience with them.
