Okay so this will be probably in the top 3 longest reviews I have ever done, here we go. It's informative.

Fast, Units Available,l in almost every size the show they have. Easily Accessible even for a Rental Truck like U-Haul, Budget, Penske etc. Please **Note** that there is a 1 time 'Administrative Fee' of $29.99 upon initially setting up your storage unit.

They also have/had a Dolly 'Hand Truck/Hand Cart' there inside the halls for the Small Storage Units that I was able to utilize to move into my unit which made less trips to/from vehicle and in/out of the storage unit. (Side note, tires where low on air so they clearly don't check them like weekly as they should especially in a non climate controlled unit/hall way and in the winter time where the cold air sucks the air out of tires).

There are also 2 KO Storage Facilities in Jamestown, ND. One is in SW Jamestown behind and 'kiddy-corner' to O Riley's Auto Parts and is Not Gated.

The Second location is off of US 281 (Not US 281 Business Route) on the North Side of Town this location is Gated.l and requires a access code to enter it. Leaving is Auto Open upon approaching the gate owly and stopping 12 to 24' away.

Cons:
Iv never rented a Storage unit that you literally can NOT ACCESS 24/7/365. The North United that are gated are only accessible from 6am to 90m 7 days a week. So if your someone like me that does a lot of things 'at night' then you may not find these units fitting.

I intentionally wanted the units off of I-94 Business Loop that are Kiddy Corner to O Riley's however I made the mistake of 'selecting' or 'entering' the locations incorrect address and now I'm stuck at the North units.

I even had to call the 'Office' which apparently is a 'Call Center'.;I was not able to locate my unit and that's how I found out I was 'at the wrong location'. Did the representative on the phone with me offer to switch the unit to the location I wanted? No, no she didn't. She asked me to verify the address I was at and I told her, she told me a US 281 address, I thought that US 281 address was the address of their Office and not the Storage Units. I did not know there where 2 separate storage units in town.

Also, the units latching/lock set up is most suitable for a 'Disc Lock'. There is no physical office or store like per say a U-Haul has. So you need to bring a Disc Lock with you when you move into your unit.

Another con is that they claim North Domata State Requires renters to have insurance on a storage unit in ND. I had a unit for 10+ years in another town here in ND and I never had insurance, had to prove renters insurance or anything. And they charge $10 to $40 for 'Renters Insurance' that gets added to the Monthly Bill on top of the rent.

Just remember, first set up is way higher because of the 1st months rent due at time of set up, rent will be pro rated to the end of current month. The rent is NOT 30 days from date of move in. It resets on 1st of Each Month. Plus the $29.99 'Administration Fee' which I feel is seriously a joke because you do all the paperwork, signatures, initials, forms and all electronically online. You don't physically deal with a single person, in-person.
