Review:
Mysteriously our payments kept not/keep not 'going through' despite transaction IDs being available online. Hard to contact when it happens, has happened multiple times now.
Real talk, seems a whole lot like they try to filch units relying on renters not noticing when it happens.

Jess was extremely helpful setting up a new storage unit. She was patient and respectful, even when it took me a while to read the entire agreement. She walked me through each step of the process and let me know of a promotion coming up. She even helped me find a unit near another I'm already renting. The customer service was excellent.
