Stay away!!!! Con artists, claim your rent is a certain price online then keep raising your rates after your all moved in to the point you can’t afford it anymore while the website price remains $50 cheaper than what they start charging you.

Setting up an rental unit and a monthly credit card payment account with Kenya was an absolute breeze, especially after I had requested a different unit than the one originally assigned to me.
Kenya handled my request with complete professionalism and was most helpful with any concerns and extra questions I may have had.

Too bad zero stars isn't an option. You're gonna receive better safety and customer service from a local homeless guy than this place. This facility constantly has issues related to their gate locking you out of the facility and unable to get your belongings. The people will threaten you and hang up the phone on you if they don't appreciate your responses and questions and then say you're kicked out by the end of the month. This place is ran by a bunch of childish immature unprofessional individuals.
