THIS STORAGE UNIT FACILITY IS AN ABSOLUTE JOKE WE MOVED IN SUMMER 2024 GOT THE MOVE IN SPECIAL WHICH WE WERE TOLD $75 PER MONTH THEN THIS PLACE GETS BROKEN INTO BY PROBABLY ANOTHER STORAGE UNIT TENANT OR LIKE A FEW CARS BEHIND ME DIDN'T BOTHER TO PUT IN THEIR CODE ECT. WE GET 15 DAYS BEHIND AND WE GET A CALL SAYING LOCK WAS NOT ON PROPERLY WELL IT WAS FREEZING WEATHER I DID NOT HAVE THE STRENGTH TO PUSH LOCK OVER. INSTEAD OF GIVING ME AND MY FIANCE THE Benefit OF THE DOUBT THIS GUY CALLS MY FIANCE MAKING THREATS TO LOCK US OUT OF STORAGE WHICH BTW WAY THE ORIGINAL COST WAS $75 THEN LIKE 3.5 MONTHS LATER THEY JACK IT UP TO $100 PLUS BECAUSE OF THE BREAK IN THEY ARE MAKING EVERYONE GET INSURANCE. ? LISTEN I DONT HAVE TO NOR DO I WANT INSURANCE IT SHOULD NOT BE A REQUIREMENT. AFTER ALL, Isn't STORAGE FOR ITEMS THAT I WANT TO STORE. ANYWAY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE 15 DAYS LATE BIG DEAL, . IN ADDITION WHY DIDNT THEY JUST SAY HEY WHY DON'T WE OFFER YOU GUYS A SMALLER UNIT???? NOPE COMPLETE JERKS. ILL BE LOOKING UP THE STATE LAWS A STATUE ON STORAGE UNITS AND Finding A WAY BETTER ONE.

There’s a Grand Canyon size washout forming right through the center of the gravel entrance way they refuse to fix, then seems like every month they increase your storage rental fees. Talking to someone is next to impossible . There are much better storage companies with better prices and service in the area. Very disappointed with this company. I do not recommend, go elsewhere .
