I've been using KO storage for over a year at this point, and this month was the first month that I was going to be late paying my bill; I called and explained what was going on and Sofia was so kind and gave me a grace period so I'm able to pay my bill and it not affect me negatively! I truly appreciate this act of kindness during hard times.

Terrible ownership and management. My unit as well as others were broken into, 3 weeks ago.
I have repeatedly asked for the local faciliyy mgr to contact me. No luck.
Presently, I need to call a number in Minnesota just to talk to someone.
Thieves have cut a hole in the fence and can access this facility every night.
it is very frustrating I’ve lost $15,000 worth of items from this facility without any response or help from mgmt/ownership.
They also raised by rates within six months.
I highly recommend that you find another facility.

Update 9 Sep…. Ownership/mgmt contacted me this morning we had a nice chat.
The reason that local mgmt had not contacted me is because they had been let go and are in the process of being replaced.
Hopefully we can move forward with progress into this incident and have a positive relationship.
I will upgrade my rating.

Rented a unit I thought was on 60 highway towards republic but it was actually on the east side of Springfield. My fault totally. They reimbursed me my money and I got a unit at the right location. Units are clean and priced cheaper than their competitors.

This place ripped me off there was mice in the unit. That’s why I took all my stuff out of it early and they still charge my card for another month. I replaced my card so they couldn’t charge me no more. I would never recommend anybody going here.
