DP NOT USE THIS PLACE IF YOU VALUE YOUR SANITY OR YPUR VALUABLES! This is the worst storage unit nightmare ive ever dealt with. I rented ubit b24 online> at the brookline missouri location on hwy 60 between republic and springfield. I listed my motorcycle and even paid extra for insurance. My payments cleared. They sent a barage of emails. None of them gave me gate codes. So i had my cousin follow me days later from Springfield on my motorcycle to put it in there and called them upon arrival. The lady on the phone has me set a code. It fails to work so she had to let me in the gate. Upon arrival to my brand new fully paid for unit there was a lock and a tag on the unit. So i called again. The lady didnt know why the lock was there. I verified i was in the right location right building and right unit. the lady then said i could be assigned a different unit but couldnt put my bike in it because they didnt know about it going in: but it was clearly listed on the forms online when i rented it. and it gping in there was the only reason i insured the unit to begin with. She then made me list off my plate number vin make model which i did including phoenetic letters ie... b as in boy c as in cat so there was no misunderstanding. Mind you, i have told the woman my cousin who followed me had to be at her kids daycare and they would call dfs if she were late rather than allowing me a unit for 30 min i already paid for and insured by all accounts, so we could safely sort it> and after getting all of that information from me she simply said mam were not going to be able to help you and hung up the phone. I have recieved no refund for either the never used storage unit nor for the insurance policy. the customer service lady should be fireeeed!
