Not sure why my rent was raised 40 dollars. My unit is small. Y'all are frauds. I'm paying way too much for what I have. Plus you broke my lock and expect me to drive 4 hours away to replace it. I can understand why you broke it but still. If I come that far I'm collecting my things and ending ties with a place that raises the cost because they can. 0/10 don't recommend

Disappointed would be an understatement. Before you go saying you contacted me about the increase you in fact did not. I shouldn't be paying $99 for a 5x5 unit. That's highway robbery. I was paying 59 a month for over a year. I can't get my things out of my unit at the moment because I live out of town 4 hours away and work crazy hours. Do not rent from them.
