KO Storage

I signed for a $40 storage unit and two months later they raised the rent to $65 for the same unit. I have no choice but to pay the increase as I live out of state for the next 6 months and cannot fly there and change storages. I wanted to warn others of the shady business tactics this company uses. These companies now days are just price gouging people and it is not inflation any longer. Regardless, NO ONE told me when I signed the contract for my unit they can increase the cost at any time without your knowledge or consent. You have been warned!

Very clean environment with easy access. So far so good.

Would've ranked them higher had the facility had any signs as to where the 2nd floor and stairs are....

Customer service lead us to believe the 5 x 10 unit was at street level when in fact it was on a second story. Made placement of storage items way more difficult. It’s a good value but would have perhaps gotten a larger unit if I had known
