If I could leave 0 stars I would. They were great to get me in during a last minute attempt to get in after a different company fell through, but I had my unit broken into recently and then the true colors showed up, at least for the Republic, MO one. I am not blaming the facility for my unit being broken into, but my treatment after the incident is what I'm upset about. Both me and the detective for the case has been trying to reach someone to get answers or even to get footage to continue the investigation. The customer service center has been nice and repeatedly emailed the district manager to reach out to me but he has still not made any effort to reach out after WEEKS of reaching out.

Now that I'm done talking about the management, the pathway in the facility is in desperate need of being fixed up. There are a few ditches in the middle of the center aisle that can damage some vehicles if they sit low.

Update: I finally did hear back from the Manager after a MONTH and decided to finally share that it was another unit renter that drilled out my lock and realized it was the wrong unit. I just don't have words to try and wrap my mind around the whole situation. I look forward to finally getting my things out of there ASAP
