KO Storage

Went to clean out my storage unit some and broke the key in the lock, Melissa was there I had asked if they sell locks, she instead gave me a new lock and said not to worry about it, she was very kind, if the cost of my unit didn't go up I'd give a 5 star.

The district manager is rude and doesn't listen. Wants to talk over you. No ownership for lack of communication. We will be moving our stuff out after being there for 8 years. Never had any issues until KO bought it. Past owners were easy to communicate with, I am disappointed.

On 4 different occasions, my husband and I, plus several others were COMPLETELY UNABLE to open the gates. Both sides. Costing us

Great location.. but I don't know how I feel about being ran from people outta state. Guess I'm old school and like face to face interaction.
