I was offered a promotional deal, rent one month get the next month for $1.00!
Great right. After I was called and explained that that $1.00 rent would be only after I paid for 1 full month rent. OK so 3rd month in and it should be $1 right? Nope they are charging me full price and now NO ONE will answer the phone! Not only am I getting charged full rent but NOW they charging me late fees, because they won't answer the phone and explain why I'm not getting the promotion. I feel like I was taken, got the old bait and switch pulled on me.?

This is a great storage place. I love that it finally has a gate around it. And the new owners are amazing. I have had my storage for several years and the new owners have made sure my stuff in my storage is secure with the new key code entry to get into the storage unit.
