Sign up and move in was easy. I only gave 4 stars due to the driveway. It is not a paved driveway, only gravel so it was very muddy from the rain.

Absolutly horrible location. Trying to get larger uhauls or trailers around buildings is a hassle, not to mention all of the red clay mud that damaged and stained our belongings and mold and mildew that was the cause of water coming into the unit during a rain. Soft mud made it hard to get in and out, and almost got stuck trying to turn around to get out. Everything about this experience had been horrible, and upsetting due to damaged belongings.
