KO Storage

WORST STORAGE UNIT my family has ever dealt with. Will raise prices immediately after starting service with them and will continue to do so as long as you may use them. Does not believe in following their own policy, will break the lock to your storage unit to put up for auction before they can even determine whether they are permitted to(based on policy they were not). Now my family is left to pay ADDITIONAL money to buy a new lock. Do yourself the favor and avoid any dealings with this company as they care only for the money coming into their pockets. Not to mention they are very disrespectful, will throw in your face that your problem is minimal as “you are only 1 out of 1500 tenants” so therefore your problem does not matter.

Great and very helpful

They nickel and dime they working man to death. Since I've spoken to them and they fixed my rent amount in just 2 months they have gone up $20. The first $10 I was ok with but come on now it's cheaper to go buy your own and make monthly payments that way and you get more room. This is ridiculous that nothing has changed at our facility but the rent amount. I am very disappointed in how they treat the customers that have been there for years.
