Dwight was so professional from the start. I was late for my pickup time and called to try and get help. It was before their business hours and I left a message. Within 5 minutes he returned my call and immediately went to work to resolve my issue. I got on phone with Uhaul and they were able to begin the process of changing my time. Dwight was calling me during my call with Uhaul and left a message for me to call him back. Uhaul was not able to complete my order and referred me back to the pick up site. Upon returning Dwight's call he had my new time updated through his system, provided me with the correct code, the process to check truck before leaving, and remained on line until he was sure I was good to start my move. I was so impressed with his calm demeanor, immediate response to listen and hear my issue, diligence to find the solution, and amazing communication skills in explaining and providing the solution. He was courteous, prompt, patient and knowledgeable. I appreciate all that he did for me and stayed with me to make sure I was ready to go with the truck.
