Very helpful and knew just what I needed, took care of everything fast and easy

Completely enjoyed the reservation experience. I had a few hiccups with my timing and such and they worked with me every step of the way. Andrea was polite, funny and helpful and as a first time storage renter I appreciate that. The only complaint I have is the unit has a hole in the wall and the floor is really dirty.

I worked with Maibel today on a relatively complex situation from out of state. She was informative, kind, efficient, and helpful beyond expectations. I'll definitely be requesting her for all future needs.

I signed an agreement several years ago. I have been at this storage place for many many years.
