KO Storage

12/1/2024 Not a site for long term storage. Site is nice but they raise the cost every 6 months and I just got an email saying the cost is going up, from $64 to $114. That's a 79% increase and it appears they are not registered with the 'Better Business Bureau' but I'm waiting for a call back about the drastic increase and to find out if their parent company is registered with the BBB

12/2/2024 Manager reached out to me and agreed that the increase was drastic and dropped it down to an appropriate increase. Manager and facility manager very helpful. If you have any issues reach out to them and they seem very willing to help

My daughter needed to store some items while she transitioned from one home to another. The items that needed to be stored are very important to her and she was a bit apprehensive about leaving them in a storage unit.

KO Storage was great. Not only did my daughter feel that her items were safe, but the staff were so kind and prompt with all communication. AND they are climate controlled, which kept her items from being damaged by weather changes, especially with all the rain we got this year.

I was able to set up an auto-pay and felt that the staff were always available for any questions that I had.

This was a very clean, secure and handy place to store my extra stuff for a short time. I would recommend this place and use it again if needed.

This facility is clean, very accessible, moving carts and hand trucks are available for use. I could access it anytime I needed and also when I had an issue I called and was immediately provided swift assistance!! Highly recommend this business!!!
