KO Storage

I rent a unit at the Rush City location and I was locked out of my unit due to a bill paid late. I was told it would take 72 hours for me to get back into the unit, but the care taker for this unit went out of his way to drive over and unlock my unit on the same day. Very much appreciated!!

April was amazing and super helpful!! I highly recommend this storage facility..If I could have given ten stars I would have!!

Nice, clean and specious storage with nice shelving for extra space. Crystal called and checked on us to see if move in went smooth and if we need anything else. Great customer service.

Arron was very helpful in taking care of the problem. took the extra time to make sure it got corrected in a timely manner.
I thank him a lot.
