I have one of the large 12x30 I believe storage unit at 830 18th street sw Jamestown. I just received a rent increase notice. The rent was $133 p/m now is too go up to $183 p/m,
I have gave my cancellation notice and I am out . What justification is there for a $50 p/m price increase, if this is the way that they want to make up for all the empty units , we’ll there will be more units sitting empty. So everyone blamed the government for high prices well this just shows again that the high prices come from greediness.

Victoria was super sweet and very nice to work with. She helped find the right unit for me at a good price.
