As for the move in and all sign up stuff. That was easy to follow online. Perfect. After a year in this unit @$74/month I get an email today saying the price is jumping from $74 to $114? On the next payment date in 30 days. That is absolutely ridiculous! Over 50% of original cost increase? Claiming it's for operational costs, that's some hogwash if you ask me. Like a storage unit building really requires that much maintenance or other fees to keep it functional. Guess I'll be finding a new place to move my stuff...

This is the most incompetently ran facility I have encountered. The call center working does not have basic information related to the facilities they rent, nor do they care to find the information. I requested a supervisor call me, which did not happen, then my unit was cancelled. Zero stars zero service.
