I had such an amazing experience with tessa!! She was amazing helping me get a unit and getting everything checked in! So amazingly helpful and nice!! By far best customer service I have received in a long time!!!

I called for a couple of reasons and she helped me out immensely I didn't feel inconvenient that she was polite and she helped me with what I needed and she really made me feel like a person not a number or a unit or anything like that so I say KO is a knockout

I feel satisfied with the service they gave me, and the person in charge of the building was very kind. I definitely recommend it.

I wish the hours were 24/7 since they have a door code security system and we all have locks on the doors but other than that this unit was great for 2 years and it’s always a good temperature. The phone line is helpful and they pick up quickly. Bridget was lovely.
