Great storage facility, great service, Maibell did an excellent job for me getting needed documents.

These clowns bought this storage facility from a private owner, jacked the rent up 50 dollars a month. Now they upgraded the cameras and put another 10 bucks a month on top of the rent calling it the Badger program. My advice is do not rent from KO. Find a better company to deal with.

12/24 Todd came out on a Sunday and removed a overlock just for me to move out. This place is great. 10/10 would use again.

I reserved and paid for, wish insurance added on, a specific size unit in a climate controlled building and we went to check it out and to our dismay it was only 1/2 the size. I am extremely disappointed with this due to the fact that I have to move my stuff today and so far this is unresolved. I’m sure it will be fixed soon.
