KO Storage

My move in experience was confusing and time consuming.
Upon arrival at the storage unit, I was surprised to see a lock on the unit, therefore being occupied. I was fortunate to meet the Storage facility employee to get me into another unit. I was then rushed then after as I was on a time restraint to catch a departure flight. But I have to say the facility manager went out of his way a made accommodations for me!!

My storage unit is good enough for the price compared to other units in the Springfield area. At least I can afford this one. Victoria in customer service was pleasant to work with and helpful in securing a unit. Thanks.

Awesome experience! Bridget was completely accommodating. Offering a lot of options. Very professional.
