Samm was great setting up my lease on the phone. Very knowledgeable and great communicator! Very easy process. The facility is clean and secure. The unit door is worn/damaged, making it difficult to operate. Several of the lights were not working, making move-in more challenging.

Easy to set up lease via phone. Clean, secure facility. Unit door is damaged/worn and difficult to operate. Several lights were not functioning, making move in more difficult.

Review:
Signing up on web site was easy. getting in and out of facility the first time was no problem. The only hiccup was I was redirected to a different facility address when I started the process so I had to make sure I was signing up for the right address. Other than that so far so good.
