10/10 would recommend. I needed a storage asap and got in touch with Farrah we rented out a unit and loaded everything up to unload at the storage. I totally dropped the ball and got a unit that was too small for what I needed. Called and got back in touch with Farrah to have the situation corrected immediately got me into a bigger storage while I was on site. When it came time for closing and to move out of the storage we agreed on a date to be out and have auto draft taken off. By mistake the process didn’t go through and I woke up to a charge for another month. Again called Farrah to resolve issue and was done immediately. She has done a great job handling the facility as well as her customers. If I ever need a storage again I will not take my business anywhere else. Thank you KO Storage!

I really appreciated all of Farrah’s help on Friday. She went above and beyond for me. I was moving out of the space soon, movers were coming and I couldn’t get in my unit due to a rusted lock. She was off that day, due to helping her mom. She drove all the way from Mineral Wells to KO Storage to cut my lock off. She insisted on it because she wanted to help. Most places would not have cared at all. She’s a conscientious employee and so very sweet. It was refreshing to see someone who really cared and did her best to help someone in need. KO better hang on to her. Farrah, thank you so much for going the extra mile!!?
