KO Storage

Great location, easy to find, but poorly managed and not as good as they used to be. They increased their rates to the point many people are moving out.
If you're looking for an environmentally controlled (EC) unit, look elsewhere. If I wasn't PCS'ing I would be trying move to another facility. My EC unit is hot and humid and one of the A/C units doesn't seem to work. I have notified them several times about this issue and nothing has been done to my knowledge. The facility is starting to look neglected, not as clean and well kept as when I moved in.

No issues
Even though we signed up for 2 storage units for 1 yr timeframe both storage units have increased by 10+$ in the last month. Yes I was notified, but I have NEVER had a storage unit so this within contract. Ridiculous...

Great neighborhood, clean, security gate is always functioning. Nice facility, great price.
